Happy First Holy Communion y'all!
This was a very Blessed event at Greenacre and I just had to share all the tricks I came up with to celebrate this wonderful day.
Yes this is one of those occasions in which you should use all your good china and crystal bowls.
A buffet-style table is great for an afternoon celebration.
Add small delicate flowers to a cross for a girl and blue ones for a boy.
Balloons and tissue paper pom-poms, dripping with curled ribbon create a festive mood.
String a biblical quote onto a ribbon and hang it
The foil crosses and signs were part of a kit because I did not have the time to hand-make them.
Display pictures of the special little one in their First Communion outfit
They make perfect keepsakes after too!
A picture of the boy or girl receiving their first communion in a beautiful frame makes the perfect favour!
How ever y'all got inspired and it makes your planning easier.
