Welcome Autumnween!

"Just before the death of flowers,

And before they are buried in snow,

There comes a festival season

When nature is all aglow."

Happy Fall y'all!
Autumn is one of my favourite time of the year hands down.
Maybe it's because I am greeted by this spectacular display
of Fall foliage.
Watching Fall in action as the green leaves of Summer are turned into hues of gold, red and orange.
SIMPLY GORGEOUS!
As well as making a perfect backdrop for Greenacre's Halloween decorations.
Wanna a wee tour?
Coooooome on over then!
Planting nasturtiums, marigolds and chrysanthemums proved to be a great idea.
They are joined by the sedums, rudbeckias and blanket flowers,
and are splashing garden beds with Fall colours.
Ironically there are remnants of Summer amongst them.
These day lily stems for example, were gathered before I cut the lilies back.
The oak branches were picked up on our last trip to the beach but Fall is a season of celebrating natures bounty.
Why not use these beauties as decorations?
Although Thanksgiving is celebrated before Halloween round here I can never resist the urge to put up the Halloween decorations alongside Thanksgiving.
Combining the two holidays is really easy to do.
Use alot of pumpkins, leaves, scarecrows, ghosts and skeletons.
Skully & Jack,  make the perfect Thanksgiving & Halloween combo.
Spiders and owls also help celebrate Autumnween perfectly!
2 weeks is just not enough time to enjoy my decorations.

I have created some free memes and printables to help celebrate this wonderful season.

 Happy Happy Happy Autumnween y'all!!
