''If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome. ''
~Anne Bradstreet
Woke up to see white out conditions out my window, GRUMBLE!...It's almost April and I have had enough of this white stuff 'till next November 1st. That is the only day when I want it to snow every day until boxing day because it's Christmas. I also start to put up my Christmas decorations November 1st and snow some how seems to justify it.
Seeing my Easter decorations covered in snow is well...unkind.
Old man winter needs to go on vacation already.....but I do love having Cesina at home because it's been declared a snow day. No waiting around in the cold for the bus to come and pick her up or drop her off. Snow does have it's advantages I must say.
Hope you day isn't a cold as mine!
Ugh, I hear ya about the snow; we're trying to build our house and we've had nothing but misterable weather all winter. I'm so ready to see spring! Dropping by to follow you back; thanks for the follow. :)
ReplyDeleteHopefully this will be the last of it! and your house is finished in no time...Graciassssss : )

I am so tired of snow and cold too (in Alaska). I don't even put Easter decor outside, it would get flash frozen. haha But your poor colored eggs look so cold out there in the snow. I hope it melts soon!
